you cooked it super wrong and messed it up like you have never did...its going to taste like chicken, and i mean seriously...chicken, including texture of a chicken.

You cook it right, taste like nothing any other kind of fish would taste, ITS SUPERB!...

If it were saltwater LOL, I'd also add parrotfish to that list.

As for freshwater, barramundi hands down.
