Thanks in advance for considering my question,

Is their a listing of true brackish puffer fish available? Here are a few that I am interested in, but do not know if they are really brackish:

Milk Spotted Puffer - Chelonodon Patoca
Congo Puffer - Tetraodon Miurus
Dragon Puffer - Tetraodon palembangensis
Avocado Puffer - Auriglobus modestus

auriglobus modestus is brackish for sure. They are the only puffers I have seen that swim like trigger fish (undulating their dorsal and anal fins) I passed on buying one a few years back and have yet to see one since. a very cool fish.
pretty sure congo and palembang puffer are freshwater only

Palembangnesis + Congo are both 100% fresh...

The common F8's are light brackish and GSP high end brackish...

Here's a complete list from my understanding
Chelonodon patoca
Tetraodon fluviatilis
Tetraodn nigroviridis
Tetraodon biocellatus
Tetraodon erythrotaenia

The biocellatus (figure 8) and the erythrotaenia are what you would consider true brackish. The others are so high up the brackish sg that you might well just do pure sw.
