Are there any must reads for the hobby? I'm still quite new to it and I haven't found any books that make me feel like I have a handle on things. (I've learned that one never gets a real "handle" in this hobby but I'm sure you get my point)

For general aquaria Baensch aquarium atlas vol.1&2 are pretty complete-Anne

Some of the magazines are pretty good to just keep on top of things. Probably some armano books on aquascaping too.

I'm mostly looking for the essentials. I think I've picked up a lot of good info but I don't know anyone who shares the hobby so I'm sort of all by my onesy on this. Didn't know if there was a fish bible out there or not.
