my little rdps flowerhorn killed my 7 inch red devil the fh is only 4 1/2 inches and he ripped the other fish to shreads!. i also have a jaguar cichlid in the same tank. should i take the flower horn out and maybe put him in a 10 gallon till i get another tank for him

just get a divider and they will get use to each other or change the water and the item thats in the tank so they can start territory all over and it should be fine

if you have all those fishes in a small tank then thats the result of it. the fishes you have are aggressive fishes so i recommend to keep one in the tank.

am i hearing this correctly all those fishes in a 10 gallon?

lol no way man i was thinking to put the flower horn in a ten gallon for a day or two so i could a bigger tank for to be solo all the fish are in 75 gallon

a r.d.p.s is a red dragon pearl scale flowerhorn and he is only 4 1/2 and he murderd a 6 to 7 inch male red devil

i dont understand! why do most people hate the flower horn! is it becouse it can grow and be WAY better looking than most other freshwater fish,or becouse it is a mix of many different tough cichlids so it might make it the most "aggro" fish out there.

I love em- I'm just saying that "red dragon pearl scale" is not a conventional name. Red dragon is. LFS will make names that appeal to their target demographic. I'm sure if they wanted to sell flowerhorns to the preteen female crowd, your "rdps" would be labeled as a "magic glitterfish."
