little green "shrimp" in 5g

One day when i was runnin the gravel vac in my five i found some little green "shrimp" that i didnt no were in there. i think that i might have got them with some plants that i got. and the other day i thought that i seen one tryin to eat a snail its size any idea what they might be? and they are really small like a quarter of an inch

Could be lots of things. They could be shrimp, they could also be any number of insect larvae
