Check the size of the trees. And yes, he's getting ready to pee.

There was plenty of snow around on the ground. We were at about 3,000 feet or so.

Why it's called the Greenwater river.

The river is running high and fast due to glacial melt.

Now I tried to get a bit artsy fartsy. But my camera sucks bad, and I can't change any settings like aperture or ISO, or any of that jazz. They were all taken hand held without a flash which slows the shutter speed, so excuse the blur.

I like this one. No editing. Just moved the camera while taking the photo.

Heh. Yeah. It's fun with a 40lb pack. We usually go and camp for a couple nights then pack out. Last time I did it in one day I lost both my big toenails. Good fishing up there (when the water's lower).

That looks like an awsome hike! Beautiful pictures, especially with a camera that sucks bad:). Hiking is one of my favorite past times!

Amazing pictures!!! I've always wanted to go to one of those forests, looks like those huge trees provide good cover for taking a whizz.
