If you ask me I think they are too small to be taking care of such a delicate and hands of pet like a day gecko. Also even if the danger of Salmonella is really really small specialy with this small hygenic lizards, its still there and most kids of this age put their hands in the mouth and tend to not wash their hands:confused: I think th parents should be the main care givers:D

I'm assuming they are and they just video taped their son talking about their care. I highly doubt he is the primary care giver...
