if you have little moving parisites you should medicate your tank for collanaris i think that is how you spell it oh i lost a common pleco from it and i am currenrly meddicating my fourteen inch oscar i saw it on the glass and did not think much of it at first but then i did some reserch

No need to medicate your tank they just come out when the substrate gets dirty. Do more water changes using a gravel vacuum and they will go back down into the substrate.

Google aquarium hydra. Are these what you are seeing? If so, they are harmless and will go away in time. Whenever i set up a new tank I seem to get a outbreak covering all the surfaces in my tank.

A site said that this is a sign of collumnaris. I did see them right before the out brake. Cullumnaris is a desise that most people do not really under stand. There might be 2 types. But the ones On my glass are not really worms. Well they move with the detection of the water.

Columnaris is velvet disease right? It's a waterborne parasite that has different life cycles, but none of them are worms. Sounds like you just have flatworms. Clean your substrate.

Sign of poorly kept tank and over feeding. The worms won't do any harm. And they will be fish snacks.
Vac your tank.

My little Johanni fry seem to eat hydra pretty good. I had quite a bit, then when the fry grew alittle, all the hydra was gone.
