Composition is good, but the image is unsharp and it looks like you tried to use sharpening on unsharp image.
Time is to slow so that's why you have unsharp image. Try pushing ISO a bit higher so you will get shorter time next time. You can also use f/4.0 to gain a bit more on shutter speed.
