New Datnoid has small red worms comming out of anus... What do I do with this? Will it transfer to my other fish?

Can these worms be treated without medicated food? Its a small Datnoid that isnt weaned to prepared food yet. What should I use?
If they dissappear when the fish moves about and reappear when the fish stops to rest, they may be callamanus worms?

In the old days the cure for callamanus worms used to be killing every last fish and sterlizling your tank but i think you can used Paracide-X, Paracide as well as D Fenbendazole, Levamisole or Ivermectin as recomended
