Well I had to salvage something out of my lose. Here are couple pics of one of my Salvini grow outs. Making a meal out of the head of a less fortunate balzani. The female Red Ceibal is there to help out when the little Salvini has her mouth full. I think this Salvini is going to be female as it is already showing some red in the belly. It does not have the black gill spot yet but that normally comes out a bit later so we will have to see. Seriously though I am a bit annoyed out of my 3 Balzani I have one left. Believe it or not though while these fish might be making a meal of the fish now once dead they did not murder it. Freaking thing kicked the bucket in 20 minutes after a small maybe 20% water change (and yes the water was treated). Enjoy the pics guys now I have to go fish whatever is left of the carcass out of the tank since we have all had our fun
