little shrimp looking thing

i went to the pet shop today to restock my feeder fish tank and i noticed a little shrimp looking this swimming around. it has a flat shell like top and many legs. its also see through. i will try and get pics tonight. but as of now anyone know what this thing could be?

i found it attached to the feeder fish
