little white bugs?!?

I have a few questions for everyone. First i have these little white bugs on my glass where algae was growing what are they how can i get rid of them? also at mid level there is like a hair like growth on the filter and air tube what is it? what are these white growths on the live rock?

The white bugs look to be copapods (good thing)
the white stuff is detritus gunk in low flow area, also not bad just whip it off on water change...

oh and the white growth is a tube worm shell/tube. also good thing.

low flow? the one of areas that is covered with "detritus gunk" is on the intake of the filter, a fairly high flow area and it is wierd that it is only accumulating in the very center of the tank level
