little white worm things

Recently I noticed these little hair-like white things stuck to my glass. There is a whole bunch of it so I decided to give it a little scrub. It's no longer on there but I'm sure it's probably going to come back. Does anyone know what this is by this description? Any input will be appreciated.

Pretty sure their planaria from over feeding. You can either cut down on the feddings to try to starve the out or do a copper treatment. But be very careful with copper products.........

I also had these little white worms. Like stated above, just feed less and I did more water changes. They eventually die and turn from white to this brownish color. Dead worms clean off every easily.
