Little white worms in my tank

I was wondering if these worms are harmful to my fish and if not are they a good source of food?

No they are not harmful... Do search there's some threads on the forum or google it.

The worms come from over feeding your fish, I only feed what they will consume within 2 minutes and one time per day

My bass are eating them are they a good food source because i was thinking of just leaving them in my tank so they would always have a food source.

planaria worms.... do more waterchanges and cut back on feeding cause ur problly overfeeding and theyll be gone in a few weeks...
ur fish will eat em too

Yeah i wouldnt leave it. Even though there not harmful to your fish i would still try to get rid of them. Feed less, more water changes. Its kind of a sign of bad water quality and i always hated seeing them in there. Good luck. 2x 20% water changes a week for 2-3 weeks mine are gone. And thats why i hate oscars
