Little white worms?

Hey all, Iv noticed little almost microscpic worm thingys in my tank on the gravel and on the glass. i figured they were some typ of parasite so i treated the water with parasite clear 2 weeks ago and yesterday i noticed there still everywhere. I dont feed live. what are they and what do i do?

planaria and won't really harm your fish unless they lay eggs then they may harm the eggs.

those are from leftover food in your tank, vacuum your gravel few times and water change they should be gone. or you can add some small fish such as neon or danios, they love those warms..yummy. they can then be the food of your piranha

You may never get rid of them if you have any really old wood in there. They will burrow into the wood as well as the gravel. I had billions of them, I water changed and gravel vac every other day for months till only clear water came out, still millions of them at night time if you shine a flashlight in there.....I took out the driftwood. worms gone within 2 days. That peice of wood was like ten years old. when I thru it out back on the driveway and the sun dried it out it crumbled like sand. It was pretty gross.
