Little Worm like things?

My last water change on my 120, I noticed these small worm looking things about 1/8 in long swiming toward the top. Any ideas on what they could be and if they are harmful? How do I get rid of them?

They are not harmful and mostly caused from overfeeding.

you need better description or some pics. there are many little things that can live in your tank. for all we know from your description, they could be mosquito larvae and you're about to have a bloodsucker infestation.

Well my phone wont take a picture of them b/c they are so small. I know what mosquito lavae look like, and I dont think thats it...

If they were mosquito larvae I'm surprised your fish didn't eat them. Just take them out and see if they come back. If they do then worry about it

keep up the water changes and feed a little less. if they what i think they are your safe. but without pics I cant be sure.
