just picked up a pound of live crawdads at one of our local asian markets $5.99 per lb. approx. 25-30 crawdads cost me $6. Vien Dong on 54th and university. In San Diego

I've paid between $3.99 and $5.99 a pound when I can get them in the summer. Their great cooked with some shrimp/crab boil seasoning. Don't forget to suck the heads. MM....MM......
I'll have to pick some extras up for my RTC when they come back around.

Cray fish , crawfish, crawdads, pretty much the same.

I picked four up from my LFS tonight, $1.20 ea.. I gave 2 to my RTC and put the other two in my 75 and watched them bite back on my 12" distichodus lussoso. LOL :)

my asian market sells like giant tilapias and lobsters so ill hafta search aroud for one with crayfish

ya im kinda worried about the shells of crayfish, im woundering because i can caught an abundance of wild cray in my lake?? so thinking it would be nice if i can feed these to my TSN about 21inches or so

Wild RTC love to eat freshwater crabs as part of their diet, it is well documented. I would think that crayfish or whatever you want to call them would be a really natural diet for an RTC.

Cheers,
Ken.
