I've always wanted jungle Val's in my mixed cichlid tank Mbuna, peacocks and haps I've tryed them in my tank 2 times just couldn't keep them in the sand the fish didn't dig them up just didn't have roots to start with I was wondering if I got some root waights they would grow good with a 3ft 4 bulb t5ho fixture with 2x 10k and 2x blue bulbs
