iwas wondering if it would be alright to put live plants in with my iggy?? has anyone tried this? i know it would have to be a strong and resilient plant, i was thinking of a lime tree, and maybe a spider plant, real Saud on the bottom, alright that last one might be a little overboard. let me know what you guys/girls think thanks

when i had mine a hibiscus tree was his best friend but get a larger one or he'll just demolish it. their a cool plant they flower and the iggy can eat both the leaves and the flowers. i also tried lttuces but he just ate all of them

Im not a big fan of life plants on iguana cages because they thend to eat or destroy the plants. that being said all the plants you put must be non toxic and resilient. Hibiscus is a good choice. I also recomend that you put the plant you plan to use on your ig cage , outdors for a year to make sure all pesticides and fertilaizers are gone. Also dont forget to protect the compost whit rocks or something because some igs like to eat dirt:D
