I have a 14 gallon biocube with 3 large pieces of live rock I got this tank from someone it was running for 2 years and the Rock is great but just big the fish have no room to move around if I take out one or two pieces would it really matter to the tank if not maybe Keep two pieces and just break the 3rd pieces smaller I want to arrange the tank better and have more space I have the good bacteria on the back wall could I just get new rock and put that in there

I would suggest just breaking 1 or 2 of them into pieces. You should try and keep as much rock in as you can. Unless you have over 14lbs of rock in your tank. Then you could take some out.

+1 you can break them apart and maybe try to make some overhangs or caves with them. Might give you a little more swim room.

Adding new rock will cause a nitrate spike...you don't want that...
i agree with both, maybe you could weigh the rock to see how much you have... if it is over 14 lbs, you could take out a rock, and break the other 2 in half to create caves like slippery said.
