i got so,e live rock but lots of it. atlesat 100-175 pounds. do i need egg crate if i was to pile it up(not all)? if so where do you buy it from?

I would us it, down side it it traps garbage under the rock and is harder to clean it out. But better than cleaning it up off of the floor.
Home improvement stores (here it's Home Depot and Lowes) in the dropped ceiling section usually called egg crate grating.
A good lighting supply store should have it too.

ok so just like hardware store? im gonna use sand so the egg crate is hidden. so whats it used in , lighting and ceiling stuff?
ok sweet thanx for the help i will go on a eggcrate hunt. also need some clear estepol so will go this week edn maybe and purchase some. how do you cut the stuff and is it expensive?
Sabre saw, roto zip, radial arm saw, medium power laser beam, narrow beam phazer, electricians side-cutting pliers. It's brittle plastic so be careful.

a saber saw is a jigsaw. also referred to as a recipercating saw.
I would use a jigsaw with a finetooth blade...
