what food is the best choice to fee flowerhorn's or any cichlid forthat matter LIVE or FROZEN is it true that frozen food kill's the parasite's or it doesnt really matter ?

Honestly if I can gave all my fish natural food that it will be great for them brother. But the problems neither is frozen or natural also bring a parasite too that's why right now I'm using a pro-biotic pellet for my flowerhorn coz that stuff will help to ease sum bad bacteria inside my flowerhorn and it works great bro.
