livebearers/easy breeders in WV

im building an 11' x 9' x 3' pond this summer. it will be filtered, but unheated. ill get one of those things that float and keep the water from freezing, but no heat other than that.

what fish that breed easily/livebear would work in that?

i think there is a cold hardy mosquito fish but it is banned in a lot of places .

i cant think of any good live bearing fish around here really, im in charleston WV, ive got some local longear sunfish i got from elk river, they arent live bearing, but some produce MANY offspring, and you could keep 20-30 longears in a pond that size.

by the way i have some local longear sunfish currently if your looking for a few and are not far away.
