Living Water Vital

I went to the lfs and saw a bottle of a product called Living Water Vital. It says it balances water condition, ideal for natural aquariums, discourages ich from adhering to fish, allows plants to survive with less light, thickens plants leaves/roots, enhances colors of fish, increases spawning & fertility without hormones and detoxfieds ammonia and nitrites.

Anyone know anything about this product? I am mainly interested in what it can do for java moss and the ich.
