Well me and a friend went down to the ninnescah river just to goof around, maybe net some fish or catch some snakes and lizards...


Well we found some lizards(well LOTS of them) and i would like an id.
This isnt my picture but looks exactly like them, Except the ones we catch have green upper torso/head.

A skink of some sort, not exactly sure which.
 
Looks like a Cnemidophorus, the Racerunners and Whiptails. I think you saw Prarie Racerunners (Cnemidophorus sexlineatus) They look like the one pictured but have a green base color to them. Here's a link I found with a picture of one.

I have caught Racerunners before, and they are ever bit as fast as their name says!
 
Prarie Racerunners (Cnemidophorus sexlineatus) are native to Kansas where he is paul112. Green Amevias are native to Central and South America and the only place they live in the US is Florida.
