Nice lookin fish. How do they all get along? I was thinking about getting a crappie for my tanks, how do their personalities compare to other sunfishes like the northern longear or green?

i am suprised your crappies havn't melted. what temp do you have them at? do you have them off live?

i say this cause when i had mine at 75f with my aro they got more illnesses before they finally got HITH from some feeders since they would do more then hit other foods.

wow random stock lol like though, lmb are great, i used to hand feed mine with nightcrawlers like 6 inches above water, but its not always good to encourage fish to jump ofter

Thanks, they get along fine. The only one fish that is aggressive is the LMB. Super mean guy, always trying to punk the pbass every time i feed them. Anyways, Black crappies are super fun natives to keep ( my favorites ). IMO, there personalities are nothing like green sunfish or longears, they're the most chill fishes i have ever kept and they are not aggressive at all. :)

I keep my temp at 82 with no problem. I think its because i live in Cali, that's why the natives here can sustain warm water. The only live food i feed them are nightcrawleres. I try my best to stay away from feeder fishes :)

thanks for sharing. :)

Thanks :D The only fish that shows aggression is the LMB. Super mean native :) But gets along with the silver, dat, crappies, etc. Except to pbass for some odd reason
