Any specific recommendations on pellets? Hikari floaters do the trick? Sinking? I'm trying to limit the trial and error and purchase of unnecesary food. Thanks

I had luck with shrimp first, and then sinking pellets to floating. I'd put a few feeders in to get them excited and then drop a couple pieces of cut up shrimp. Pretty soon they'd hit the sinking shrimp pieces just as readily as the feders. Then went to sinking pellets, and finally floating. My blue gills were much easier, but the bass caught on eventually. It helps to have some bottom feeders to pick up any sinking food they miss/spit out. Time and patience man
