LMBASS Lip messed up.

Hello I have pond bass and one of them has a nasty red bump on his lower Lip. I cant real ID it... I added salt gave him fungus stuff along with fingot meds (all in one kinda tablet) But i dont know what this is. Some one said it might have been from running into a Wall but when we added him it wasnt as bad. light pink now its getting darker in color and allmost looks like a hole. But it hasnt healed in months So i have no idea. Anyhelp would be nice. Sorry for the pic Best i can take in his H Tank.

Just looks like he had a nasty battle with someone! I think he will heal up fine.

yea i have seen alot of lm in tanks with bumbs like that from rubing against the walls. my last lm hit the wall pretty hard one day chasing food and then had that for awhile, i think ur guy will be fine
 
So if its a hook hole, Will that heal?

My LMB has fungus growing on him. I added some fungus stuff. This is on the same place that the so called hook hole is. he looks like S*** now not eating at all and just hanging.

If im seeing white little dots all over his body is this ick/ich? And should i treat him the same way as guppy sticky says to treat?
 
its a rub mark from the glass. Some fish are stubborn about the tank boundaries and bump the glass alot. I also have periodic whate fungus blooms that sometimes attach to the fish but never seem to cause a problem
