Loach odd coloration?

I have 4 CL's that are each about 3.5-4". They are all eating, swimming, and behaving normal. Only thing is one of them was pale when i came to check on them today. Does this sound normal (like dats getting lighter or darker) or should i be concerned. Ill try to add a pic in a bit here.

Yeah, they'll do that from time to time.

Sometimes their black bars will turn an almost purple colour. This is only from territorial disputes. I find it quite entertaining.

They'll lose color due to any stressors.
