Bristol is 10 min. away, they are finding alot of them. Why do they get that color? (meaning bright). I am asking because there is a ban on swimming due to high bacteria, could this be the reason? Or is it just their original color.

(I know that sounds really blonde.. no offense to anyone... but its 4 am, and I can't sleep)

They haven't explained this color phase yet but they mentioned it in a 1950's nat. geo article but the pics were in black and white.
