Local Fish Store burned down

Heya Everyone,

Just thought id make a post about some sad news. My LFS in England has burned down!

It was on a farm site that had around 10 companies based there, and Maidenhead Aquatics was one of them.

Literally everything is gone. My sympathies go to the guys that worked there, they had amazing knowledge and were so friendly, and i feel so terrible for all the fish there, i cant imagine their end was a nice one.

I hope they get everything up and running again in future, and wish the guys who worked there the best of luck at this hard time.

that's horrible i hope they have insurance and can get the place running quick, at a local Shop here in Toronto someone went in and dumped bleach on a bunch of tanks killing 90% of the stock and leaving 10% in critical condition.

this happened to a place in norfolk i liked to use. that was arson though, i really hope this was just an accident and not a malicious act.

i hope they get sorted out quickly.

man that's horrible. and the bleach thing, that's just messed up...what's the point? it's one thing if you've got a beef with an owner or employee and want to get back at them (file a complaint, don't break the law) but to go a step further and kill all those fish in the process...just horrible.
