Local fish store ID

Hello everyone, i just purchased 2 fishes from my local fish store, please help ID. I placed both in a 150 gallon , so far they are good no issues. I think they are both dovii's cichlid. 1 male and 1 female. If confirmed its time for an upgrade. The female is huge around 8 inches, the male is around 4 1/2inches.

Correct, both appear to be Parachromis Dovii. Second picture looks female due to lack of spotting below and above the lateral line, top picture fish is still young and washed out, with the spotting I’d guess male

Thank you. Yeah the first one looks very washed out, both fish where trade ins, different owners.

Fish is no longer stressed and is doing well with the female.
