Rumor has it that someone was advising the residents to "shelter in place".

It's so sad that this awful fire has happened. General advice has been that if the fire is not in your apartment you should stay put: the concrete unit should isolate it to the unit where it started- this inferno spread up the outside of the building- which ordinarily shouldn't have happened- thankfully many took the initiative to run but sadly others never had the chance. A Tragedy, prayers and thoughts to those affected and hope for for those who have not been as yet accounted for.
