Just picked up some sort of long fin pleco from the LFS today. I have never seen anything like it!! I will try to snap some photos tonight after work to try to figure out what exactly it is that I just bought

Greenish, fins about 1/2 the overall length, small bristles on the nose? You got it at Pets are people too. It is a Veiled Temminki.
I've already seen the fish. Unless you went to Barnicle bills in pullman, or Bob's pet and pond in Lewiston. Just so you know most of the pleco's from PRP2 have a bad case of sunken stomach. Down at Bob's in Lewiston they have numerous exotic plecos in stock, with very high quality fish. They also got in an entire pallet of malaysian wood. I think they still have one that measures 25 inches long by 24 tall and 15 deep. Awesome piece of wood, if you tank is big enough to house it.

I assume you got an invitation to their annual late night sale. 25% off all fish. The 50% off is nice. too bad i'm broke right now. Take a trip sometime to Bob's, his store is amazing. Very knowlegable staff, and they will order anything you want in that they can get.
