anyone else seen one before?

Thats the first time i've seen that before.. must be a mutation... not bad.... i dont think theres any report of L-190 long fins like that one..

Never seen anything like that on a royal. Personally I dont like the looks, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Definately unique though.
