I have a 400 gallon indoor pond and I have two gars: Florida and a longnose, I had just recently moved them down here probably a month ago and about 6 days ago my longnose gar has been chasing my Florida, I doesn’t seem mean it just seems to annoy my Florida, it also seems like my Florida may have stopped eating because of the harassment. Just need some advice. Move the Florida back to my 180 gal? Or could it work?

I think its kind of obvious its not working, no? Were they together before?

Yep, that’s why I don’t understand why he’s doing it. The longnose is about 6” bigger than the Florida, but that was never a problem in the 180

What are both of their sizes?

Well I’ve decided to move the Florida back to the 180 because the harassment is really freaking me out

Probably the right call, check to see if the LNG starts picking on anyone else.
