Long tentacle anemone

Last night my anemone move by my power head and it got caught and now the tips are all messed up will they grow back do I need to do anything to help it

this is also good idea forgot to mention it. Definatly run carbon if you dont already, and if you do and haven't changed it in a wile, change it up.

Yeah, but depending on the size of your tank and flow rate the carbon wont do much before the nems toxins will kill everything right?

Not always and nems are far from the only invert that can emit toxins - however if the tank does get nuked, the tank gets nuked carbon or not. Small injuries - stress - war with others, these can occur at anytime, this is where carbon helps.
