I have had alot of different fish but never a RTC. I think they are the ultimate catfish to keep. They are huge and the best looking and most interactive catfish. I WILL have one oneday and i will keep it for good. I work long boring days at work with no one to talk to so i have alot of time to think about fish. I've been thinking of how to setup for a RTC and i've scratched out huge tank and plywood tank and figured indoor pond would be the easiest and most affordable way to go.

with my inexperience with large fish and large setups, here is what i've descided so far. I haven't figured out how i will heat it yet.

Would this setup be enough to hold a RTC, O. Niger and maybe a channel cat?

Filter is good, but you might have to go bigger try one of those above ground pools. They make great indoor ponds. And a if you can house a RTC you can house a O. Niger. But the channel not so sure they would do better in a out door pond and I think they grow bigger than RTC (but not fully sure).

RTC are bigger by far than the channel cat! I would make a bigger pond if I were you. and the more filtration the better
