This is the current stock on my tank and I would just like to know how this tank might work for the next year before I upgrade/separate the occuppants as necessary:

3 Bala Sharks (2 4inches and 1 8inches)
1 BGKF (9 inches)
4 Bristlenose (ranging 2inches to 5 inches)

and my 4 cichlids:
2 Oscars (4 and 5 inches respectively)
1 Jag (4 inches)
1 Festae (2.5 inches)

There seems to be a great balance in the tank, with only 12 occupants. I know the Festae and the Jag will eventually be monsters and will eventually keep them with or without the Oscars in a separate tank.

How do you think this tank will work over the next few months? Cheers

Also I just found a Super Green Texas of 16-17 cm on a local website, could I add it to the current stock? I love Texas cichlids and have been looking for one for a while.

Depends on filteration, what are you going to use

I have plenty of filtration on the tank: 2 canister filters (Aqua One 2400 and an Aqua One 1200) plus an Otto 2000N powerhead.

How about aggression issues in the tank with the texas added?
