Cheers gents, yes these are brutes!!!! I have a trio 1 male 2 females, and picked them up around 3 years ago-ish. They were between 3" and 5" when i first got em, now theyre fully grown at 5.5-6.5" TL.
These two have paired off numerous times but have never spawned, the male just doesnt seem interested at all, yet the female harrasses him constantly. I have them mostly in an 8foot community tank which i dont think helps with spawning, too many distractions for them i reckon. I have tried on a few occasions to isolate them in their own smaller tank but always have to remove the female at some point as shes too rampant for the male.

I know mate.... like rocking horse s@*t at the mo. I havnt seen these available in ages.

Id love to get these spawning and spread some F1 juves around, but they just aint interested.
