Does he have a name???

Nice looking puffer btw. :)

Full tank shot? ;)

Thanks, I havnt named him/her yet. I always wait until a name just comes to me lol. I'll put a full tank shot up, he/she is in a densely planted 75 gallon aquarium. Now, what little I have read about this puffer and what I was told, they can coexist with some other fish. So, I'm taking that chance as it is in there with a school of Maccullochi dwarf rainbows and a few empire Gudgeons. So far it has no interest whatsoever in other fish, keeping my fingers crossed on that one though

I had to move my purple spotted Gudgeons because this fish was too good to pass up, they are in a 40 breeder by themselves now

That looks like a puffers dream in there! :D

Good luck with him! :)

Great scape and pick up of a puffer!

Yeah, it currently holds the record for the most expensive fish that I have ever bought, their might be 15 of these in in the country right now. They got one in last year and sold it for 500$, luckily this year they went down to $200. Apparently they are a breedable puffer but, I might never have the chance to get another one. I'll try to get a better pic but it's caudal fin is amazingly yellow, just as yellow as a Fahaka tail fin.

^ nice pick up and great setup for the little guy...

His tank looks amazing! Good luck with your puffer :)
