I'm not a lungie either but the gills are interesting,it kind of resembles an axoltyl.I haven't ordered from them yet but Aqua does seem to keep some interesting species on their site.

There’s a LFS near me that over breeds axoltyls and sometimes they have disabilities like blind and missing legs

Site says 18-20" which lies in the general range we hear about. Much smaller than the 3'+ we see from other lung species.

What size tank are you going to end up with? I thought you are still stuck overseas?

I'm still stuck over seas but I'm leaving in about 3 weeks and I still have all my aquarium supplies also most probably it would be 100 gallons.
Edit also I'm buying lots of supplies off of amazon and shipping it to my grandmas house.
