Look what this little fella grew up to be. Purchased from my LFS described as a Festae. Boy were they wrong!!! Looks strangely like an Amphilophus lol

Yep you're right but LFS sold him to me as a supposedly juvie RED TERROR!!! B***tards! But hey i'm happy, really cool fish, lots of personality, not that aggressive, will stand its ground and isn't picked on by anything in the tank. Which also includes a female Jag and a pissed off Mayan.

What about sex, any ideas?

I have a pair that look like 2 males....I can assure you one is a female...You can not always tell by looks alone..Females get head too....(that did not sound right)
