A friend of mine used to do that with his midevil. It seemed to love it. Just as long as you don't do it too much as it could remove the fishes slime coat.

Not necessarily bro. I used to have a kamfa that loved to be pet. He would actually splash at us if we passed by and ignored him. He would only calm down if we rubbed his belly lol. He was a very special fish.

Flowerhorn are very aggressive fish, if he wanted to hurt or bite the owner he would have plus he would have been thrashing and whaling throughout the whole tank if he was mad.

This little guy posted here definitely loves to be touched. Just look at how calm this fish is and how he follows his owner's hand. Truly an amazing fish
