Look what I found a baby white tail.

Well he was sitting on the side of the road,well ying and I thought he was dead,I come back an hour later and he's actually up walking around,no mother in sight and next to a road,so I called the game warden and he said the mother could have been killed and if I want then take him home(Im good friends with the game warden he lives right up the road,and I took a wildlife reabilitation corse he offered) so well here he is,oh Ive had him for about 2 weeks now,if u want more pics let me know

Ive always wanted a pet deer. I came across a newborn last year but didnt get it cause it was a NEW born still gooey and nasty. lol

Very cute.. So what are you going to do with it? Does someone normally keep one of those forever? Or do you try to re-release it?

I could keep him forever but I think when he gets older Im going to take him to a place that actually keeps wild deer that people have found,its like a wildlife learning place,My only worry with keeping him(its a buck) is that I only have 5 ft high fences on my pastors so theres a good chance of him getting out,
