thanks i like them alot , the hongi have a real nice color on it .he's a bigger one 41/2-5in..but in there new tank now he a lil shy dont come out front yet .the other two is lil smaller 3in max ..all three for 30$:headbang2

All the fish look good. If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for the little lwanda. He has great color for his size. (My first batch at 1 inch has two males that show color like that the rest have far less so far.)

And just so we are all on the same page. Your "insignus" is an Protomelas sp. "Spilonotus Tanzania" I assume.

All three are great fish. (Some of my top favorits.)

kev all the fish are 10$ each..i know that lwada is lookin real good for his size. i think he's about 3in but he could be a lil smaller than that.i do got one lwada f1 in my 75gallon bigger than him but the color not as half as this one.the hap is insignus thats what the seller told me i dont think is "Spilonotus Tanzania" ...but more like this link below i could be wrong

Thanks for the info, but insignus is an old term, and isn't the same as insignis.

Search on google for Protomelas insignus and you will see your fish, ie Protomelas sp. "Spilonotus Tanzania". (A much better fish in my opinion too.)

All those fish are a steal at the price you got.
