lookin for a Point and shoot under 200

Hey guys i have a general idea of what i want but i wanted your guy's opinions/suggestions..

i was looking at the samsung L200, samsung L100, and the Nikon Coolpix S210

are any of these worthwhile? if not any suggestions?? the pics i will be taking will mostly be of my car, family activities, and low light fish tanks.. so i need a camera with decent resolution at high iso...

my budget is 200 max...

I have found canon to be about the best when it comes to point and shoots----
But then again I dont have alot of experience with them either.....But I do get some great shots out of SD550 powershot.....

ok cool.. because from what ive been reading the canon sd1000 is supposed to be pretty good...

I'd go with the Samsung. I had a Coolpix and the shutter delay was unacceptable!!! Nikon Lumix cameras are good too.
