looking bowfin

Im looking to raise bowfin and would like to know where I can get them. I live in Texas and have actually caught one bowfin on a minnow about a year, haven't caught one since.

I believe it is illegal to catch and keep native fishes without some kind of permit. Please check your local laws before proceeding.

I caught one out in Katy in a small bayou, it was about 8 lbs. nice fish very quick and strong...awesome looking fish!
