I purchased four baby Convict Cichlids about two months ago, and they all ended up being males:irked:, so i'm in search of a female, so if you have one you can sell me, please PM me.



P S If interested, i will give you three male convicts for your one female.
 
Just about every store would have convicts - just pick one with an orange belly. Trust me on this one.
It's funny, because today I was looking at some, and they were all females - no males - at two stores - (I'm trying to find a nice piebald male/pair)

The ones at the store are the size of a dime, and my males are at least 2 inches in size.
 
i mean convicts are pretty cheap depending on where you go i get mines for about $2.99 or 3.99 depending on the size but the females tend to be smaller anyways

I've been everywhere, and there all males, and i don't want a little female, that may get the blank beat out of her. My males are starting to hit 3 inches, and i want the female to be at least 2 inches if possible.
 
Well - we can't help you then - a small female would hold her own with no problem. And, between the time you started this thread, and now, she would have grown.
